A project being carried out by our subsidiary, Shuttleworth Road Ltd, and Wandsworth Borough Council, to bring about the development of the existing Battersea Park Studios and adjoining garages into a mixed use residential-led development. In November 2015 a Resolution to grant planning was given for 61 private residential units and 16 affordable units as well as 6,644 sq ft of commercial floor space.
