A project being carried out by our subsidiary, Shuttleworth Road Ltd, and Wandsworth Borough Council, to bring about the development of the existing Battersea Park Studios and adjoining garages into a mixed use residential-led development. Following planning Shuttleworth Road Ltd will jointly sell the site with Wandsworth Borough Council.
